Cannonball delts w/o military??
I've got pretty good shoulder development...Military is my strongest lift. I also do side laterals, rev fly's, and shrugs (some uprights and front raises).
Question: Can military hurt the cannonball shape? I'm developing square like shoulders with some sweep on the sides. Maybe genetics? I think I once read that military thickens the entire shoulder area. Anyone tried doing military, say twice a month only, and focus more on the other movements - with good results? ![]() |

Muscle devolpment is muscle devolpment. Military Press is going to bring mass to the entire shoulder. It should be in your shoulder routine in my opinion. It wouldn't make your shoulders a different shape - I'm guessing that's just genetics. Stay away from working your front delts, and concentrate more on the side and rear parts the shoulder. The front delt is worked enough indirectly and overdeveloped front delts create the illusion of the 4 pecs. Not good. Just stick with what your doing and you'll get great shoulders. Goodluck man, big / balanced shoulders are a must for a great physique.

I know how I'm going to do it, just not when I'm going to do it. My diet has been beautiful for the last few weeks and my gains are better then ever. So I'm going to just hold off. But when I do decided to do the cycle : 2 Mini-Cycles - 2 weeks on - 10mg ed 2 weeks off - 600mg 6-0X0 ed 2 weeks on// 20mg ed 2+ weeks off - Finish up the 6-0X0 starting with the first week at 900mg ed, then bringing it back down to 600mg ed to finish the post cycle during the last week. Supplements will look like : 6:30 AM 3 amino acids 1 Multi-Vitamin 500 mg Vitamin C Pre Workout 10mg / 20g depending on week # M-1T 1 Liver Support 1000 mg Vitamin C 1000 U.I. As an addition to what Prince said, behind the neck military presses are a risky movement, yet very benifitial. Make sure your form is perfect, and that you working out with a weight that you can completly control.

Have you thought about taking this instead of taking 6-oxo? Nolva
There is 50 servings per vile, 1ml=20mg. I am almost sure this will be more effective than the 6-oxo. On dossages I am not sure though... Maybe have to talk to prolangtum, or power rabbit, or mudge. These guys are all pretty smart. Also what are you taking for liver support? I would like a link or brand name ![]() I was considering taking some M 1-T, and this is the cycle Gopro suggested: 2 weeks on 20mg/ed 1 week off 600mg 6-OXO/ed 2 weeks on 20mg/ed 2 weeks off 600mg 6-OXO/ed 2 weeks on 20mg/ed 3 weeks off 900mg 6-OXO/ed first week, then 600mg 6-OXO/ed for rest of weeks.

I wouldn't risk it with behind-the-neck presses, they're not worth it at all for me, the trade-off isn't worth the potential career-ending injury. Personally what I find great for shoulder and trap development are snatches, cleans, push presses, leaning side lateral raises and snatch grip deadlifts.
Peace.

Cool man. I guess I will have to just cut it out too, not worth the risk really.

Well...tried behind the head presses today. Could only use half normal military weight. Felt good. They are hard to do. First, I kept hitting the back of my head-trying to keep my head straight up. Maybe I should lean my head forward a little.
