    Talking Opinion on Friends Lifting

OK, here is a question for you all. I have a friend who has been working out for about 5-6 years. He is naturally skinny, does no cardio, and is extremely muscular, so he is cut as well. Other people tell me that he goes to the gym about 4 hours a day, maybe even 6 on weekends. I personally doubt this even though everyone tells me its true, but I know that he is very dedicated and very very into fitness, lifting, exercising, etc. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

I don't think anyone works out 4 hours per day!

Four hours a day! That makes me tired just thinking about it. If you want to know for sure how long he trains per day just ask him.

He may be a "mesomorph" body type. Naturally lean and muscular, tends to gain muscle easily. I hate people like that!

4 hours a day is an awful overkill. I hope that he gets alot of rest man.

I don't have a great body, but as long as I work hard like now, I'm gonna reach there.
