Strength + Tone
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Ok, am I correct in saying if you want to gain mass you perform less reps with heavier weights, and if you want strength you perform higher reps with less weight?
I am asking because I originally wanted to get big (I think most 15 year olds just want to be huge and ripped heh) but now I have decided I want to go for more strength and muscle tonage. Being a little bigger would be good, but mainly strength and consistently toned body, a martial arts kind of body I guess....no bulking and then cutting or anything like that So is there anyone with similar goals that has a routine for this or any advice?
