Question about close grip seated rows.
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I work out at home and don't have a lower cable attachment to do seated rows. I have an overhead cable which I use to do wide grip pulldowns, Reverse grip pulldowns and close grip pulldowns.
Is it ok to substitute CG pulldowns for seated rows? If not what else could I substitute? I currently do WG chins to 30 reps Wide grip pulldowns 4 sets 4-8 reps Barbell Rows 4 sets 4-8 reps Deadlifts 4 sets 4-8 reps. Thanks. |

Don't worry too much about not having a low pully for cable rows. Just make sure to vary your grips a bit on rows and pulldowns to hit different areas of the back.
