well i think you talking about the long head of the tricep. i found this on another forum

You do a modified Double Arm Tricep Extension on an incline, but instead of keeping your elbows tight to the side of your head, make them go outwards. So you're kinda doing a diamond Push Up, but with a dumbell.

i think any extension exercise would hit it also. hope this helps

i think those would hit it def.
they look simalar to skull crushers but i guess you get more of a stretch

also i think you can't really isolate the heads of the triceps but i could be wrong but those exercise will give you some size to ya triceps

I use the decline dumbbell stretch like that, and I can tell you this:Prepare to have your ego CRUSHED. I usually do 100 lbs with a cambered bar (EZ Curl bar) for seated French press, and for dumbbell extensions, all the gyms here only go to 150 lbs or less...so I am strapped into using 150 lbs for high reps.....BUT with the decline DB extension, I can only hold 25 lb DBs...I'd recommend the movement highly for a weekly rotation(Include them one week, then don't use them the next;repeat) or a monthly shocker(one week a month throw in a routine of lifts you don't normally use) Either way,they are very effective.

As for your initial question,I find that if you pronate your hand a little when you do reverse grip cable pressdowns, you can fry that muscle outright.
