hi guys, i was wandering how intensly you all train. When i train i go all out, i almost always work to total failure. So what about everyone else, do you lift to the point of failure or do you lift weights that you can handle with a few reps to spare? I was just wandering,

When I was *young* I went all out to ultimate failure. But now a days, I tend to go a bit lighter and easier.

I've had a few injuries in my days, so I have to keep things in check!

It varies depending on how I feel that particular day. Some workouts I leave a little extra, other days I'm sweating buckets and I can barely make it to the shower!
