Hey u all. Ive noticed that its not that hard to injure yourself while lifting....it's ecspecially easy to injure your joints. My question is....how do u strengthen those joints? Can you? For example...i would really like to strenghten my shoulder joints so its hard to injure them. I stretch before liftin and do warmups before bench.

Tame that ego!!!
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

There's also a supplement, Glucosamine, that helps your joints. I took this for a while for my knees and it helped quite a bit.
