switching?
i was on a 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off routine for a while .. a long time actually
but in the past few weeks i changed it up to 1 on 1 off 2 on 1 off 1 on 1 off - which i liked but now im back to college (off for break) and my scheldule wont allow me to do that!! i know i need to switch my routine up but does that include days on and off? becuase now i only see the routine that could work for me is the same one i used before for a long time which is.. chest back off shoulders tris legs bis off off so does it matter alot in what order the muscles are worked as well as days on / off..... am i going to have to change it up completly... becuase i really have to stick with this 2 on 1 off 2 on thing becuase of my classes....thanks |

I am sure there is a combination that is best, But I am not experienced enough to give you the answer you are looking for. Ultimately the important thing is that you work out.
There are many here who can help. Good luck Gary |
