    switching?

    i was on a 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off routine for a while .. a long time actually

but in the past few weeks i changed it up to 1 on 1 off 2 on 1 off 1 on 1 off - which i liked

but now im back to college (off for break) and my scheldule wont allow me to do that!! i know i need to switch my routine up but does that include days on and off? becuase now i only see the routine that could work for me is the same one i used before for a long time which is..

    chest
    back
    off
    shoulders tris
    legs bis
    off
    off

so does it matter alot in what order the muscles are worked as well as days on / off.....

am i going to have to change it up completly... becuase i really have to stick with this 2 on 1 off 2 on thing becuase of my classes....thanks
somehow trying to get the abs but bulk at the same time.......

I am sure there is a combination that is best, But I am not experienced enough to give you the answer you are looking for. Ultimately the important thing is that you work out.

There are many here who can help. Good luck
