    Bigguy's Beginings!!!!!!

    Ok here goes:

I have started the weight loss trek.

    Begining Wieght 305lbs.

Here is what i plan to do:

Start out by doing treadmill for 45minutes a day, every day till i drop some pounds, like 50 or so.

Eat right, or at least better and less than what i have always eaten.

Then once i drop the first intial poundage, i will begin weight training.

Anyone think this approach is ok, or anyone think i should do different.

    Thanks
    Brian

You need to be a bit more organized about it. Choose an EXACT diet plan and keep a log to make sure you're doing everything right. Have an exact workout schedule - I suggest taking some days to dedicated to just cardio.

I have severe issues doing the whole diet plan thing... is there any sites, besides this one that could help me with that.

Also i plan on doing cardio only for now....

This site actually, and bodybuilding.com are great resources for dieting plans. Check out the Nutrition section of this site and I remember someone doing a GREAT article a while back about dieting...don't remember the link on that though. Bodybuilding.com, like I said, is also a great place to look for dieting options. While being physically active I think you'll notice the best results from just counting your carbs and uping your protein. Of course, it's a lot more complicated than this, but from research of documents and threads previously written i'm sure you'll find all you need.
