BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
I need some expert advice on my routine.. i plan on changing it every 8 weeks ( as in different excersizes to work out the same muscles) please let me know if it sounds like a decent beggining workout, ive been doing it for 3 weeks now, and can already see the benifits.......

monday wednsday friday upper body
Bench press 140 3 sets 10 one set 155@6 reps
machine butterfly 130 pounds 3 sets 10
preacher curls 35 3 sets 10
shoulders with dumbells 3 sets of 10
forearms 40-60 pound curl bar 3 sets of 10 top and bottom 4 arm
curls 40 pound curl bar 3 sets of 10

Tuesday thursday ( all 3 sets of 10)
leg presses
neck presses
calfs
situp machine

I concentrate on upper body, and i take saturday and sunday off completly. after 4 more weeks i plan on changing excersizes for example incline instead of flat bench, free weight butterflys instead of machine, ect.. what do yall think? any suggestions are welcome thanks

Do all basic movements if you are a beginner twice a week.
Upperbody:
Benches
Rowing
Presses
Curls
Skullcrusher`s
Wrist Curls
Lower body
Squats
Leg Curls
Deadlifts
Standing Calf Raise
You`re wasting youyr time doing piddly isolation exercises as a beginner.Learn the basic compound movemets.add weight to the bar when possibl.train once heavy6-8 reps ,and once light 10-12 reps twice a week.Eat good and resty.Stay on the routine until you are using decent weight and keep form good.
