i am currently doing one bodypart a day with many sets to faliure. i have made some good gains but i have been doing this for a while and feel it is time for something new. My goal is to put on lean mass , i am not really concerned on getting big fast, rather go slow and min. fat gain. i was thinking about hst Has anyone had good results on this. or what is another good plan

HST is a very sound program. Although there are countless programs that can be used to put on mass, lean out, or increase strength, give HST a try for 6 weeks, or even better, for 12 weeks to really see how it works for you. I am going to be doing this routine as soon as Im off my cycle of 1 methyl test, and I will be posting my results on this forum.
