overtraining

Can someone give me some info or refer me to a sight that tells you what your resting heart rate should be,And what it would be if you were overtraining.
The reason i am asking is because my job is very physical and fast paced. And I do it for ten hours a day.So when I go and workout which is in the mournings,I am so exhausted afterwards.I only do 4 workouts a week that last around 45 minutes, one body part a week.

Most "in-shape" individuals will have a morning resting heart rate anywhere from 50-65 beats per minute. If its about 20% above this for several days, its a good indication you are not recovering.
