I'm not sure, but it seems that my left bicep is an awful lot smaller than my right (I'm right-handed). No matter how badly I train, it just can't grow. Is it some sorta illness? Or should I keep on training until it (the muscle) eventually pops up?
*** try to switch to dumbels that way each arm is working independently of each other. give it time and see what happens. there are alot of people who have different size muscles some can be corrected and other are genetic.
I'm doing Pull Downs, and a few other ways for my Triceps. However, it's still kinda flabby. It's it natural to have flabby triceps? Or is there any effective way to kill the flab?
*** do you mean pressdowns? do you have body fat covering your tris? if so that might be something you want to take care of.
Is training my abs twice a way too little? Also, what's the best way to train for my side and lower abs?
*** do you mean twice a week? if so i think that is fine. all i do for abs are crunches, legg lifts and roman chairs
