BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com The more I learn about bodybuilidng, hypertrophy, nutrition and anabolics, the more I realize that no matter what you do to gain muscle, lean out, increase strength, or just get in overall good shape, there are tons of good routines with good scientifc facts to back them up.
I was indeed a victim of " there has to be only one program to give you the best results in minimal time". Unlike many things in life, bodybuilding doesnt have an EXACT answer. The reason? Simple. There isnt one person in the world EXACTLY like another. Thats the way God made it. Its the curse of bodybuilding, and at the same time the beauty of it as well. While many people (like myself in the past) spent endless hours searching and researching all the different types of programs and nutrition ideas that worked for certain people, I really just recently came to realize that, yes, there are fundamental principles to bodybuilding and buidling muscle, but at the same time, there are about a thousand different roads to get there, and your body may have a different road that someone elses. That being said, there are certain things that everyone has to do to gain muscle. You have to have progressive overload, you have to have recouperation, you have to have adeuate nutrition, and we all know that strength is built better a different way than hypertrophy, and endurance is built differntly than hypertrophy.. etc... etc. So this next year, 2004, I am on a quest to not so much WORRY about which routine works best in this way or that, or how much muscle can I get out of HST compared to MAX OT compared to HIT. I am going to enjoy the different benefits each progam has to offer. And while I may choose a certain program to be my base program ( HST looks to be the one), I will indeed change things up from time to time, to enjoy the benefits each different sound program has to offer. Doing this I will find out not only which programs work best for me, but I will have the pleasure of trying many different programs and have the opportunity to give back various feedback to others who much like I used to be, have no real idea what to do or where to start. I am truely excited about his new year, and will keep you all posted on the progress I make and the fun I am going to have. Heres to 2004 |

Well said. More people should think this way!

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do. |

I'm proof that it is possible to try 6 different programs for 6 months each, and have very little to show for it in 3 years, but I'll keep looking.

yea. good post. i used to lose sleep over which training method i should use, or what split would be best for me. Now i just stick to the basics and judge how well a routine is going for by how much stronger i'm getting.
