Squats and Hack Squat in same workout
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Doing gopro's workouts and for the power leg workout I have replaced the leg press with a squat (I have used up all my weights on the leg press 450lbs and wife won't let me get more until we get a house
)So basically I do Hack Squat @330lbs 3sets 4-6 reps, then Squat@260lbs 3sets 4-6 reps. I have been thinking this is just too much squatting. I was considering changing it to Squat 3x4-6 and single leg press 3x4-6 and proceed with rest of workout. Any thoughts? |

Yeah that sucks.. How much longer until you'd be allowed to throw around some good weight? * When ya moving...
* i'd feel restricted if i only had 450 to deal with on leg press. I'd suggest you just work your legs uni-laterly. Gooodluck. |
