    Post Cardio?

This IS a silly question, but can someone tell me what is Cardio? It'll be even better if you can post me a pic of what Cardio means.

Cardio is short for "cardiovascular", meaning your heart. Running, cycling, stairmaster, aerobics, etc are all forms of cardio exercise. Some guys think that weight lifiting at an extremely high intensity level is a form of cardio exercise, but most people consider the two separate.

There is no such thing as a stupid or silly question! We all have to start somewhere so never feel embarrassed about asking a question.
