How long to reach this goal?

    a little about me:

    I am 5'11'' and about 190lbs.
    my BFP% is about 16%

    My Goals:
    Weight 200lbs
    BFP% about 8%

How long do you think it will take me to reach my goal?

i'm on a 4 day split and 2 days of HIIT per week.

i take whey protein as my only supplement and eat a healthy diet.

what do you think? (if u need more info ask away)

    thanks alot!

you want to gain 25lbs of muscle and lose 15lbs of fat?

there is no true measure, but my best guestimate would be around a year if you were truley dedicated with diet and training...that might be overly optimistic on the muscle gain though, the fat loss could be done in 6 months easy... many factors, such as how long you have been training, genetics, etc.

that would be quite an accomplishment
Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.

Based on my changes in body composition, I would agree with the estimate of a year. However, you are not me. Take it for what it's worth...

It's a difficult assessment to make, if you're a complete newbie to training you could gain a lot of muscle quickly.

    prince,

i started training 5 years ago. i started out at 155lbs and pretty skinny. with a weight gainer, i trained consistently for 3 years and my weight went up to 215lbs. i gained about 30lbs of muscle which made a huge difference on my frame. but at the same time, i also gained about 20lbs of fat too.

then in the past 2 years, ive slowly gained more muscle and lost about 15lbs of fat or so too.

i'm no newbie to training so i think i can reach this goal with 2 years. hopefully sooner.

and you are absolutely right, when i first started out i gained alot of muscle very quickly. now it is a lil slower, but im still gaining.
