Last summer I weighed 236 with approximately 29% BF. My bench was 265. My goal was to be 12% BF and to bench 300 lbs. Right now I'm 205 @ 16% BF, so I'm not too far off. It's the last 4-6% thats the bitch.

I did manage a 300 lb bench, but I'll admit using PHs helped me obtain that goal. When not 'on', my natural bench seems to be 285. So I guess I'm about halfway there. My revised goal is be around 10%BF, and have a 'natural' bench of 300.

well I am 270 down from 305 since october 2003. I eventually want to be like 250 with 15% or BF. I would say I have got a long haul ahead of me. Just eating clean has help immensly, not to mention lift heavy and hard.

I estimate about halfway toward my goal which isn't huge or
anything... just a benchmark that I set for myself a few years back.

If not actually, then potentially.
