I'm pretty far out as well. I'm 175, about 13-14 bf right now, would like to get up to 200 8-9 % bf.

I'd say almost half way there. I've made a lot of progress in the past few years! But I still want to add 20+ lbs of lbm.

A little over the six month mark for me, but I was overtraining for a bit and then undertraining (for about 6 weeks around the holidays). Think I got it just right now.

I'd say about halfway there... the only thing is... the first half is always the fastest part... the second half of the goal usually tends to be that much more difficult... so the time required may be 2-3 times as long as the first half goal...

so, i guess this poll could be interperted differently... depending if you're talking about time or physical results...

yeah i hear ya Mayo. my cutting part of my goal is probably the fastest compared to gaining 25lbs of muscle.

    gotta push thru it!

i don't think anyone can say they're ever "done"/goal achieved/mission accomplished. for instance if we reach the weight and bodyfat percentage we want to be we may realize we'd like another 5 lbs or that we need to bring up a lagging bodypart etc.

Currently I do a maximum becnchpress of 250. I would like to hit 315 by the end of this year. That is my short term goal. My long term is to hit a maximum of 400. I have never maxed out deadlifting, but I would like to be capable of 350 by the end of this year, and perhaps 450 as a longer term goal. I will go beyond that, but I don't want to be too massive. I prefer strength over bulk, but some bulk is good.

Right now I am weighing around 215 lbs. or so, and a bit flabby. So I would like to be a solid 225 eventually. That would be a really great weight I think for me. A bit tough to hit naturally, but who knows, we'll see what happens.

    I'm a little too lean right now, would like to see 205 by summer;
    right now I'm 193 at 5'11"....

I've cut back on my running, as I was averaging 15 miles per week; years of running has my body out of
symmetry as my upper looks good but my legs,
well, they look like I don't train my legs....

I train my legs but the running was keeping them lean,
so now I'm just running 4 - 6 miles per week

My goal is to look good in winter by looking good dressed....And then about Feb, haul ass to June to look good undressed. Start all over bulking and heavy lifting Sept - Feb (6 months to grow, 6 months to refine). I always feel like I could have 10 lbs more in winter, and be 10 lbs leaner in summer...These simple changes will never occur, because if I lose the extra 10 lbs for summer, I will not be able to make it up plus 10 more for winter. I keep the carrot just out of reach. I have accepted that I am a mouse on a treadmill.

    I'll never hit my goals.
By the time I come close to eaching one, I raise it.
For ex. I had this goal to bench 300, by the time I hit 285 my goal had become 315.
I wanted 17 inch arms, now that I have them I want 17" arms with under 10% bf.
