    Talking Reps

    When somebody says to lift for lets says 6 reps for three sets, do they mean 6 reps for 3 sets or 6 reps first set and they get lower each set??

    6 reps for 3 sets means what it says. 6 reps set 1, 6 reps set 2, six reps set 3.
