How many times a week should i work-out? ( 3, 4, 5, 6...)
Been working out for about a year and a half now, my progression has dropped to nearly nothing latley.
What can i do???
I think that anywhere from 3-5 times per week is a good recommendation. Probably averaging around 4 times per week is a good idea. I have been training about 4 days per week for a while now, and I really enjoy it, and make the best gains training that way.

I weight train 4 days/week and do well with this, enough time for recovery and not overtraining.
Erik, perhaps its not how many times your working out a week but your split and routine that need to be freshened up. i.e changing #sets, exercises, etc.
I lift 3 days a week and do cardio 2 days a week. I think lifting 4 days a week seems to be better for most people, but 3 days a week works better for me and my schedule.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
Well to be honest I really hav'ent been to consistent lately.
But that past 2 weeks I have stepped back into gear, and i usually do 4-5 x's a week. chest/bi's, back/tris, shoulders, and once in a while legs...
