Need Some Training Split Advice
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I am having a hard time for some reason deciding what kind of training split to go with. Here are a few ideas:
- Classic Push/Pull/Legs - Chest/Shoulders, Back, Legs, Arms - Chest/Triceps, Back/Biceps, Legs, Shoulders/Traps Having a tough time deciding though, for some reason. |

Thanks Jen, I am actually most likely going to split it up like this afterall, and not in this exact order:
- Chest, Back, Delts, Arms, Legs |
