I like #3 but I have never tried the first one.
I am having a hard time for some reason deciding what kind of training split to go with. Here are a few ideas:
- Classic Push/Pull/Legs
- Chest/Shoulders, Back, Legs, Arms
- Chest/Triceps, Back/Biceps, Legs, Shoulders/Traps
Having a tough time deciding though, for some reason.

23 years old, 5'11.5", 206 lbs., ~8% bodyfat
380/455/655 bench/squat/deadlift (current)
405/495/675 bench/squat/deadlift (goals)

- Chest, Back, Delts, Arms, Legs
