I know that Abs are made in the kitchen and finally have gotten that down. I have lost 28lbs and starting to see some real results but I need to work on my abs now that most of the fat is off of them. Should I rotate exercises that I do them every time or the same ones for a while then switch? I do them on Monday, Wednesday Friday.

I dont think that it matters much. As long as your training your abs with some intensity, and you realize that they wont really come out without your diet being excellent, you're on the right track.![]()

I usually train mine either other workout. But lately I haven't done them at all. I don't do anything fancy, just crunches on the floor.
