I have and like my bowflex, for my situation which is living out in rural areas where there is no gym, it's been a real advantage.

Heh my Mom's bowflex got recalled...She got a letter like 2 weeks ago.
Homer: Hey! I saved your life! That egg sandwich could have killed you by cholesterol.
Lenny: Pfft, forget it, Homer. While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human
    blood stream.

Are they fixing the machines or giving people new ones?

I almost bought one when I first came to this board, but in the end decided to get some stuff from Body Solid (free wieght). Say what you will about it, I think it's pretty nice stuff and it gets the job done.

Sorry to hear BF is being recalled. Some equipment is better than none.

Even for those who enjoy the blowflex, it is good that it is recalled. This way the manufacturer can resolve the safety issues.

So why be sorry -- be happy?

I'm sorry they have to have their equipment recalled. I'm happy they are recalling it, but damn.......

Maybe I should have said: Sorry you BF owners have to go thru this. Hope they get you fixed up right soon.
