can i gain bulk without having to use creatine or should i start to use it?
Is it all rite if i keep doing the smae routine over and over or should i mix it up to see better results because i am trying to gain bulk?

you should constantly being changing your workout.. either exercises, sets, reps, order, rest periods, etc. this will help prevent hitting a dreaded plateau.
as for creatine, it defintly helps with strength while trying to add more muscle! I had good results with it.
