Question Is this a good workout schedule?

Here is a schedule that I put together, will this be sufficient for putting on muscle/losing fat?

    Sunday

dumbell bench presses - 12 reps, 3 sets

dumbell shoulder press - 12 reps, 3 sets

one armed dumbell tricep extensions - 12 reps, 3 sets

dumbell lateral raises - 12 reps, 3 sets

    20-30 minutes of cardio

    Monday

    ab training

    20-30 minutes of cardio

    Tuesday

one armed dumbell rows - 12 reps, 3 sets

    dumbell curls - 12 reps, 3 sets

    dumbell stepups - 12 reps, 3 sets

    Wednesday

    20-30 minutes of cardio

    Thursday

    repeat of Sunday

    Friday

    ab training

    20-30 minutes of cardio

    Saturday

    repeat of Tuesday

Should I add anything to my routine?

Will targeting the same bodypart twice a week work against me?
