How to Hit My Chest Mids and biceps hard ?

Hey,I was wondering what i could do to make my mids of my chest grow and biceps
Im not currently using barbell for my biceps because i need to even the strength out in my arms.

I have been doing close grip for my mids but i havent been able to get anymore burn on them

Also my biceps arnt usualy hurting after workouts, just my joints in my arms

    Im doing
5 set 15 of 19 kilos for my biceps

I cant seem to get any burn on my mids anymore, its like their not there

Instead of doing 5 sets of one bicep exercise, try an additional exercise or two. For example, I do 3 sets of alternating bicep curls, 3 sets of hammer curls, and 3 sets of concentration curls.

My favorite chest exercise is flat dumbell flys. Those things tear apart my chest. The different variations of benchpress are also good: flat, decline, and incline.

www.exrx.net is a good website to get some ideas for different exercises.

ok first close grip bench is for your triceps mainly, and i agree withwhat cowpimp said try variations of biceps curls he mentioned. i happen to like hammer curls on a incline bench. people here will argue saying that you can hit the middle of the chest since its one major muscle , that you can't do a certain exercise to build a specific area.

i happen to like decline dumb bell press and flat db press.

Who said anything about close grip bench press? I mentioned the specific variations of the benchpress which hit the chest... Decline is supposed to isolate the chest better than the others.

There is no middle chest. Or lower chest, or upper chest.

Your pecs contract and develop as a whole. Just a common misbelief in bodybuilding, dont buy into it. Declines dont build your "lower chest" and inclines dont build your "upper chest." Declines tend to stress your pecs more and front delts less, where inclines put more of the stress on your front delts.

To make sure my arms stay even, I do the following two things. One, use barbell exercises. When your weaker arm is starting to near failure, you can stop. Your stronger arm will get a less intense workout. Two, when doing dumbell lifts start with the weaker arm. Match your repititions with the stronger arm.

Yeh,I find gopros sets not putting enough stress on my muscle,I find i need to do fair bit to encourage any growth

Also wondering if any experience their right arm hurts more then their left would

Yesterday i hit my left triceps more then my right and instead my right arm hurts bit more, would this be due to larger muscles on this arm ?

mike - could be because your form is different on your right arm from your left? make sure the form is the same.
also, start jerking off with your left hand.

    j/k :P

This workout should be putting more than enough stress on your muscles. Sounds like u need to up the intensity a bit.
But when you disarm them, you at once offend them by showing that you distrust them, either for cowardice or for want of loyalty, and either of these opinions breeds hatred against you.
