    running before or after

    when should a person do their jogging? Before or after weight training?

    spaced at least 2 hours apart. before or after. you gotta save your energy before a workout and after you need to eat a meal.

    I usually try not to do my running on the same day as my lifting. If your schedule is packed in such a way that you must, I would suggest running before lifting. You won't burn up those calories that you need to help your muscles grow.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    so if i run on a non-weight training day would that be considered a rest day for my muscles?
