What's your goal? Size? Strength? Which muscle group? How often do you work out?

my goal for right now is to increase the size of the muscle. let's start out with the arms. how many reps and sets should i do before i start pusshing my arms too far? usually i'll go 25 pouns for 12 reps and 3 sets. if it gets too easy then i'll use a 30 pound dumbell, usually repping to 8-10. I also include preacer curls into my workout, trying to do 12 reps for 3 sets. if there's any more info that u need to know to answer my question please ask
