My girlfriend has been working out for about 8months now. I asked what her workout routine looks like and I was suprised to hear that she does the same workout everytime. I can't train with her since we go to different gyms. Could you help me out on creating a workout routine for her. She works out about 3-4 days a week. She is not trying to bulk up, just tone the tris,legs, butt. I gave her a few exercises to try but I think she is shy about going to the free weights area of the gym. She mostly uses machines. Youre help is appreciated.
