Gonna start this up in two weeks, what is wrong with this workout. I can only go to the gym Monday - Thursday
Monday:
Bench Press
Dips
Dumbell Press
Incline Press
Wednesday:
Squats
Lunges
Calf Raises
Thursday:
Pull Downs
Rows
Dumbell Curls.

that would be better, you want at least one day, preferably two days rest between a leg and back work-out, especially if you do squats.Originally posted by Mindless

I can definitely vouch for what Prince is saying. I do back on Wednesday and legs on Friday. Even with that one day in between, my back still feels a little sore by the time I come around to squats.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
