Try changing around your lifts. I am going to start changing my lifts every 3 months or so. Barbell curls, dumbell curls, hammer curls, concentration curls, preacher curls, and inclinde dumbell curls are all good bicep exercises. My person favorite is concentration curls because it is hard to screw up that motion.
