Military Press
I do military press in my workouts and I was curious if it is bad to do them while standing. I do them while standing now and press 175 lbs. There is no way i can use a bench because of the rules and equipment at my school gym. I want to make sure I am not hurting myself or anything. Any suggestions?

you're actually better off doing them standing, all of you back muscles (erectors) are flexed and tight, less chance of hurting yourself.
