looks descent. has plenty of compound movements, which is the most important thing at that age IMO. master the heavy lifts, like the Deadlift, Squat, Bench, Rows, powerclean, and build that foundation.

Looks pretty godo to me. I'd go ahead and start on it and mod it as you need to.

I also think it looks pretty good. You will probably have to modify it a little bit based on what works best for you and the available equipment.

pretty good outline there might want to throw in some deads if they aren't already there..can't remember u might might want to tweak it a little bit though..
