    Advice on Lower Pecs

    Hey gang,

I wanted some advice on adding muscle to the lower chest to get that "squared out" portion. I especially can't seem to get mass on the lower outside part of the chest. I've tried dips, decline bench and dumbells but nothing seems to work. I was wondering if it's a genetic thing, cause I notice a lot of guys seem to have it without even working out half has much as I do. My upper chest and mid is fine but the lower chest seems to be my nemesis.
    Anyone else have this problem?

    Thanks,

yeah man welcome to IM you should read alittle more this has been discussed so many times but to anwer your question. there is no way to isolate the chest it is one muscle. there is no upper middle and lower. others will chime in and tell you the same thing.

for chest i like decline dumbell press and dumbell bench. i have gain nice size from doing these will incline dubbell press and dips.
    it all takes time
also everyone has differnt genetics so shape size is predetermined. but i could be worng about that.

But when you disarm them, you at once offend them by showing that you distrust them, either for cowardice or for want of loyalty, and either of these opinions breeds hatred against you.

Good post... Last line though. Shape is predetermined, not size.
