I've never personally tried it, but i've heard great things from a friend who used it for a while. I guess it would just depend on how your body reacted to it. If you DO try it keep us posted on how things turn out.![]()
On my next m1-t cycle, I have heard rave reviews about the GVT or 10 x 10 training method. I have always been an advocate of lower volume, higher intensity for hypertrophy, but was willing to give it a whirl.
Anyone tried it and what are your experiences.

I have done GVT infact for half a year my cycle was 1 month GVT 1 month MAX-OT repeat. I got good results from the combination.
Because everyone is different and responds different to every type training, I will not guarantee results of any type. There are two things I will guarantee
1. you will really learn your endurance level
2. you will have a love/hate relationship with leg day.
