Does anyone else believe in this???

So what does he think about people that use total body workouts??

There are many ways to train and in my honest opinion the classic bodybuilder split may be the least effective (just my opinion here) becasue it only allows for a muslce to get hit once every 7 days without the option of verying intensities sooner and working a different way. that's all.
I was agreeing that a full body workout is a useful tool. I said I prefer a more traditional split, but I certainly know that a full body workout can be effective and support your idea. Everyone should try a full body workout, if not stick to one for a little while.
