Ok so recently I switched my routine from chest/tri's-back/bi's to chest/bi's-back/tri's. Today I did back. Normally with chest the tri's get worked along with it so they are already warmed up and ready to go. But today because they weren't hit as hard with back I didn't feel anything. I did a few warm up sets to make sure they were ready then went into my normal routine. As I was working em I noticed the weight I could put up was much greater because they were fully rested but I didn't actually feel them getting worked, but as I did my CG bench I could see them getting bigger. After my whole routine was done I still didn't feel them but saw a definate size change. Normally when I get a good workout on a body part they twitch like crazy on me, I'm just wierd like that and rite now my tri's are going bazerk. So my question is, IS THIS NORMAL?

For some reason, only my back and legs really feel sore the day after lifting. As long as you still notice gains in a couple of weeks, then you know your routine is working fine. Soreness and muscle tweaking/twitching are not the only things that indicate a good workout.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
