when i do hiit i really dont wanna do anymore. i think the whole point of it is you work REALLY intensely for a short time, if youre doing it right you really shouldnt want to do anymore.
hiit?? what is that I may sound dumb but im very new to the whole body building idea.

HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training.
I do 16-18 minutes straight thru as hard as a I can.
I do one minute intervals of high and low intensity.
Don't know what you are asking here. You wouldn't increase your level every minute Brak, you would alternate intervals of work and rest. The recommended interval ratio for fat loss purposes is 1:3 work to rest. So if you do 30 secs of work at 95% intensity, you would then have 90 secs of a rest interval at about 60% intensity.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

HIIT rocks, but is hard as hell. Its as much mental as physical.
