    Become Built

    I am 17' years old,
    5 foot 5, 146 pounds.

Now, i am looking to become built.
I eat 4 meals a day, sometimes 3, the food i eat varies from
    Rice and chicken, steak, tuna.

I dont workout much, maybe I bench Press once a week, 4 sets of 8-12 reps.

I am not looking to have heaps of muscle RIGHT Now, im just trying to add size.
I am SMALL, Not Broad, not thick.
Is it possible that i become thicker, broader?

    Thanks.

Okay Ben, lets go over the basics first. First of all, regardless you want to get big, broad, thick, whatever you want to call it, you're going to have to train with weights regularly. Working out is going to help you gain lean body mass (LBM). Some of the key steps to gain LBM are a sufficient calorie intake, progressive overload in the gym, sleep, a low stress level, etc.

Try and be more specific with your goals Ben, that way we can give you more direct answers.
