I was actually kicked otu of bitch-ass 24 hr back in the day for deadlifting. I was so fuckin mad, I couldn't believe it. They told me I couldn't use chalk either and that deads were prohibitied. I let them have a piece of my mind and when that didnt' go very well I just started throwing weight around and left. Fuck that pussy shit, how the fuck can you not allow powerlifts at a fuckin gym. This world is becoming so gad damn pussified it makes me want to vomit..

heh gr81 I wouldl ike to hear more about this "piece of mind" you gave. Sounds funny.

Lenny: Pfft, forget it, Homer. While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human
    blood stream.

^ Great idea but to earn a profit a hardcore gym would have to be located in certain areas. Most likely towns/cities with a large enough population and good location. It seems the majority of the public is into the stair-master, yoga-class, bicycle-around-the-country-on-a-stationary-bike-with-a-map-on-the-wall-to-chart-progress-kick. That's why the majority of fitness centers cater to the spandex gym bunnies with matching outfits.....

I would just do them anyway. If they say something to you, then explain that you are doing one of the most basic core lifts in the book, and if they don't allow it then they can shove your membership up their ass.

People are prohibited to do exercises they want ? Just in USA.
Here, if you think that smashing your head into the wall is a great neck exercise. You are allowed to do it.
