Question The Huge work out plan from Flex magazine..What doyou think?

Hi all...Big Dan here...
I have started on a work out plan from Flex magazine..its named H.U.G.E...its a three part work out, where you alternate every day, with the next work out..Im on it two days on, one off, then two on and then two off...it works about two body parts a day...
i was just wondering if anyone else had used it, or is familiar with what i am refferring too...
any comments on it would be greatly appreciated..
thanks for your time..
BD

Heh, while I have similar feelings about magazines, I actually have an old subscription to Flex, and I still enjoy reading the articles, but the workout plans are kinda iffy.

The get HUGE plan isnt a bad plan, but it sure asks for a lot of calories. They were always talking 4,500 calories and up. 4,500 isnt that bad for many people, but for some people, thats adding a LOT to their diet, and most people not knowing exactly what to eat, that COULD be a lot of fat.

I would give it a go, it really wont hurt you too much as long as your diet is in check.
