I recently added the DB Arnold press on my shoulder day when I changed my exercises. It's the first time I've done the Arnold presses. After I'm finished i don't notice anything on my shoulders like I feel when doing Lat Raises, Shrugs, Upright Rows, or Military.
Is the Arnold Press really that good. Is it vital to your shoulder workout? |

Try this routine for two weeks if your in a rut:
1. Military Smith Presses 3x 4-6 2. One arm dumbell laterals (focus hard using something as support) 3 x 6-10 3. Wide grip upright rows : 2 x 6-8 Works very well for me ![]() |
