Off days

Hey u all....i have my off days on wednesday saturday and sunday. I usually like to refrain from doing anything physical at all on wednesday because i work out on monday, tues, thurs, and firday. My question is: when should i do my cardio? can i do it after i lift or is that not good? should i go ahead ajnd run on my off days? or does it not make a difference?

it's best to do cardio on an off training day, but this can be hard for most people, I do both. Sometimes I do cardio on it's own day, other times I do it after my weight training.

I avoid doing cardio on my lifting days at all costs. However, it is much easier for me because I do a 3 day split. I have to eat enough damned food already!

I train 2 on and 1 off. My "off" day is for abs, calves and HIIT cardio. Since HIIT cardio is anabolic and speeds recovery I always seem to be ready to hit the gym again come training days...

it is not bad, it is just a issue of choice... some people like to do it at the same day some don't, some people will say that it conflicts with ur muscle growth/loss.... but whatever fits you,....have fun man
