It's pretty simple really. I do flat BB bench with incline DB press and incline flyes for about two months. I then switch and do flat DB bench with incline BB press and flat flyes. 3 pyramid sets each, reps 10,8,6 range.

I typically use two exercises per chest work-out. One week I will do incline barbell presses & flat dumbbell flyes, the next week I will switch and do incline dumbbell presses & flat barbell presses. One week I will go heavy weight, low reps, the next week higher reps, lower weight.

I alternate exercises from week to week.
One week will consist of bench presses and dips..total of 8 sets
next week will consist of incline bench and flyes..total of 8 sets.
Then there are times when I do my benchs with dumbells. It really just depends on how I what I feel like doing that particular workout.I get bored really easy.

you don't want to do just chest in one day, try doing chest, tri's, and bi's. For ches I go 225*8-16 (depends on the day, 275 rep (usually 7-8) 315 (2) then something you can do once. The to Incline 185*8 205*8 225 rep. Then DB Press 75*8 105*6 115*4-5 or 110's. French Press *10 *8 *4-6, then I call it rep, by that I mena pick an exercise and make your tri's burn. Then Bi's BB Curl 3-5 sets (hvy), then a burn. Do this you will get results I weight 175-180 and Decline 225*15-17 Bench 335 and Squat 315*6 easy, so good luck.
