week off
how important is a week off? im considering taking a week off (i ahvent in at least a year) but i get anxious when i dont exercise for a while. what exactly does taking a week off do? could i do cardio that week? im trying to bulk and have a hard time putting on weight, would this be really bad for me? thanks for yer helps

extremely important, you should take a week off every few months, no you do not do cardio, you do absolutely nothing.
