Hamstrings

What exercises do you do to "target" your hamstrings. No matter what I do, they never really burn/hurt and I want that!!!

SL deads, lying ham curls, seated ham curls, 1 leg ham curls.
I find that if I start with SL deads and then superset lying and seated ham curls it really makes them burn and sore for a couple days!

point your toes when you do leg curls to take the gastrocnemius out of the movement and that will hit the hammies better. SLDS if you do them right and don't pull with your lower back. Dumbell leg curls are good too. Have someone place the dumbell between your feet, squeeze hard and go heels to ass with a full stretch. The squezzin of the dumbells also gets good stimulation from the abductors and glutes.
