GoPro's Routine With Only DBs & BB

I am considering trying GoPro's P/RR/S routine in the near future. After reading all of the positive responses of people who have used this training method I am definitely considering it.

I workout at home and don't have access to anything except dumbells, a barbell, a preacher curl pad, and a leg apparatus at the end of my bench for quad extensions and hamstring curls. Unfortunately, I can't put on enough weight for quad extensions anyway (I can do 15+ repititions with the maximum weight applied).

Does anyone have a modified version of his workout program that is restricted to the same apparatuses? It's mostly the back exercises that I seem to have trouble finding a lot of variety that doesn't use machinery or cables, but suggestions for other parts of the body would also be appreciated...

Good pieces of advice. I'm actually considering buying an apparatus that allows me to do the abdominal exercise the captain's chair in addition to various pull-up type exercises.

I never thought of one legged extensions, that should definitely hold me off for a while. Thanks Mikey.

Unfortunately, I am unable to do that. I have done that before though. I would definitey be doing that if I was able to. Thanks for the suggestion though.
