Pecs!!!

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
I am just sick & tired of claims and counter claims.
Some sites claim that Pec Flyes should be followed by Bench Press and some the other way round.

Moreover, will someone please enlighten me about this topic,

Do whatever works for YOU! What do you like best? I prefer flies last, to stretch and get a final pump. Just dont listen to all the shit people feed you.

i've had good results with alternating flyes and press either on incline or flat

for example- if i do flat press first, i'll do incline flyes next, i just switch the variables around depending on how i feel

I do flat and incline benchpress before I do flys. I don't really think there is much of a difference in results either way.

i dont understand why someone would want to do movements requiring less effort before a large compound movement like bp. i personally do my hard lifts first (squat, dead bp) because they are the core of my routine and recruit the most muscle. follow up with what ever simple movements after the big ones.

Willdebeast, the whole idea is to make it harder for the chest when you do the compound movement. This way your triceps find the movement quite easy since you are using a lighter weight, and therefore "working the chest harder." That is the idea behind pre-exaustion.

I haven't practiced it myself, partly ego I'm sure.
